For adults, easiest to pick the actual shoe size you currently wear. For babies and toddlers, it's best to measure their foot length since they could vary widely.
Please note that the length listed is the sole size and not the actual foot length. For babies, an extra 1/4" is a good fit, and for adults, good to add 1" to your foot length for the best fit.

Typically, choosing the size based on your current shoe size will be great. The lengths indicated in the chart are sole lengths. Adding about 1" to your current foot length should be approximately the sole length for a comfortable fit.
